GALAXY SMOOTHIE BOWL💙💕💜 I couldn’t let those leftover pink sprinkles from the cake go to waste💖 Or that extra homemade blue food coloring💙 See the blue food coloring does not reach it’s full blue potential in banana-based smoothies😁 It works much better in truly white things, the slight yellow of banana makes it more purple (blue + yellow = purple??🙄) Not that I’m complaining, indigo smoothie is still👌😋 ••• Recipe: 3 frozen bananas 1/2 cup plant milk 2 tbsp natural blue food coloring (recipe on my blog) Blueberries for topping Pitaya coconut sprinkles (also on the blog) Blend the frozen bananas, plant milk, and 1 tbsp of blue coloring. Transfer to a bowl. Pour the remaining 1 tbsp of blue on top and swirl gently. Top with sprinkles, blueberries, and optional flowers. Enjoy✨
